Chronic disease, obesity, fatigue, brain fog, sleeplessness, stress, anxiety, and depression plague the modern world, especially in America. The root cause of this epidemic is the misalignment between the average, modern day lifestyle and the genetic programming encoded deep into our DNA. After thousands of hours of research, extensive schooling, and personal experience, I’ve been lead to develop a firm understanding of what it takes to prevent and reverse the common health issues that plague our world. Through a collaborative partnership, clients and I will work closely together to identify exactly where they are, and then methodically progress to exactly where they want to be.

We are all unique; we all have idiosyncratic talents, competencies, insights, and experiences that make us who we are. There is not a single other person on this earth like you, and the world deserves to benefit from who you were created to be. The biggest shame (at least I can think of) is for a human life to not reach its fullest potential. That’s where I come in. Through a collaborative partnership, clients and I will work closely together to develop and leverage the innate competencies, personality traits, and natural abilities that set the client apart from the rest.

Growing up is hard, and today’s youth have it harder than ever before. Social media, peer pressure, constant comparison, unfiltered exposure, and extremely high expectations are just a few of the reasons why anxiety, depression, drug use, and suicide rates are at an all-time high. The years I’ve spent as a high school teacher, my personal life experiences, and my God-given abilities have all put me in the ideal position to effectively communicate with our desperate youth. Through a collaborative, mentor-style partnership, I will work closely with parents and their kids to overcome the challenges, addictions, perspectives, and unhealthy habits that are too prevalent in high school and middle school.
